Building Systems Technician wanted at Fastico!
Fastico is growing and we are now looking for a building systems technician who wants to become an important part of our team.
We work with technical building management, service, energy optimization, and control systems. Our customers are property owners, businesses, housing associations, and industries in southern Halland and northwestern Skåne.
You will work with, among other things:
Service, supervision, and preventive maintenance in buildings
Troubleshooting ventilation, heating, cooling, and control systems
Optimization of operating times, temperatures, pressures, and setpoints
Troubleshooting, leak detection, and energy optimization of compressed air systems
Reconstruction and supplementation of control cabinets based on your competence and qualifications
Connection and replacement of sensors, actuators, and other technical components
Functional testing and practical measures in buildings
Monitoring of energy consumption and possible energy savings
Documentation and reporting to customers
The work is technical, practical, and varied. One day you troubleshoot a ventilation system and the next day you optimize a heating system, search for compressed air leaks, or help rebuild a control cabinet.

Qualifications
Experience in areas such as building technology, ventilation, plumbing, cooling, electrical, energy, compressed air, or control systems
Ability to troubleshoot and work methodically
Basic computer skills
Good Swedish in speech and writing
Driver's license with category B authorization
Meritorious
Education in building technology, operations technology, energy, or control systems
Experience with control systems such as Bastec, WebPort, or similar
Knowledge of electrical work and control cabinet reconstruction
Experience in energy optimization and energy monitoring
Knowledge of compressed air systems
