What does the role of Property Manager entail?
Execute the operations plan set by STF's property department, in collaboration with the site manager
Support the daily operations of the hotel & restaurant business
Practical maintenance including carpentry, engine service, machinery equipment, and oversight of water and treatment systems
Assist in transporting guests & goods across Langas
Responsibility for opening and closing the mountain station
Systematic fire safety work together with the site manager
Work environment and accident prevention work together with the site manager
Who are you?
A team player who enjoys working in a team and living communally
Have experience in a similar role
Have good physical fitness, as this is a physically demanding job
Have experience driving snowmobiles & motorboats, and a license for all-terrain vehicles
Responsible and service-oriented toward both guests and colleagues
Solution-oriented and practically minded
You have good knowledge of Swedish and/or English
What you can expect as an employee:
Employment form: Seasonal
Position at 100% during the period 1/2-30/9 or by agreement
Monthly salary according to collective agreement: Visita/HRF's Green National Agreement and Tourism Supplement
Work schedule follows operational needs: weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening shifts
Meal deduction according to collective agreement, regulated by the Swedish Tax Agency
