Are you a handy problem-solver with a passion for service? As a property manager with us, you'll play an important role in creating safe, pleasant and well-maintained environments for our tenants. We're looking for someone who takes responsibility, enjoys variety in their daily work and is committed to giving that little extra - every day! About the Position The property manager role is social and service-oriented. You should be able to plan your work and maintain good relationships with tenants, suppliers and subcontractors. The work tasks are varied and include, among other things: Maintain the building's common areas such as stairwells, basements, laundry rooms and waste management Supervision and minor repairs of, for example, playgrounds, garages and parking spaces Management of our environmental custodians Your Profile Experience from a similar position previously, or other experience that we consider equivalent Experience from a customer-facing and service-oriented role Communicates fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Class B driving license We Offer Read more about us as an employer and what we can offer you on our website.
