VS-Hus AB is a property management company with approximately 1,650 apartments and premises of about 125,000 m² located primarily in Västerås, Fagersta, Norberg, and Skinnskatteberg.
We are now seeking 1-2 property caretakers to join our team in Västerås.
You will be self-driven, receive maintenance requests—schedule appointments with customers. As a property caretaker, you will assist in our apartments and premises during renovations, such as handling minor maintenance issues, ordering materials, coordinating with contractors, conducting apartment showings, managing keys, etc.
Exterior maintenance including grass cutting, edging of grass areas, clearing flower beds, hedge trimming. During winter, snow removal, sanding, and on-call duty during winter.
You must be self-driven and able to work independently. You need to be motivated and be the face of our company. As a person, you are service-oriented, thorough, organized, and flexible while being a good ambassador for the company.
You will be part of a small team of carpenters, property caretakers, plumbing installers, and tile setters. Everyone supports and helps each other, and each person's work truly makes a difference and contributes to the company's development.
