Guldnyckeln's portfolio consists of approximately 40 properties located in the beautiful archipelago municipality of Valdemarsvik. The portfolio includes approximately 320 rental apartments as well as commercial spaces and public buildings in three locations. The company was founded in 1996 and has grown both geographically and in the number of properties over the years. Livi is a company that owns, manages, and develops properties in an economically sustainable and long-term manner. The company is active throughout the entire value chain, from acquisition, planning, and project development to leasing, management, and value enhancement. The group manages approximately 800 residential units and construction of 400 residential units is currently underway.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a property maintenance manager at Guldnyckeln, you will often be our face to the outside world. The management team is responsible for both exterior and interior maintenance of our properties, fault rectification, inspections, minor repair work, and the long-term work on property upkeep. The focus of Guldnyckeln's team is satisfied tenants and optimizing the operation, maintenance, and care of the portfolio. To succeed with this task, service, collaboration, and our values—efficiency, responsibility, and respect—are important guiding principles in daily work.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Have experience in property maintenance or similar practical work
· Are self-driven and responsible
· Are handy and have a technical interest
· Speak and write Swedish fluently
· Are flexible and solution-oriented
· Hold a B-class driver's license
