Bofast AB was founded in 1994 and is a property management company operating in Halland, Småland, and Västergötland. The company owns and manages approximately 1,500 apartments and commercial spaces with a total area of approximately 145,000 sqm. Total assets amount to 705 MSEK, with rental income of 140 MSEK. We have a total of 30 employees with an office in Hyltebruk. Bofast AB is seeking a Property Maintenance Manager We are expanding our property management team and are now hiring a property maintenance manager who will handle maintenance and repair work in our properties. You will work independently but also as part of a team where everyone shares responsibility and contributes to being a good landlord. Examples of work tasks: - Corrective maintenance work (maintenance requests) - Move-out inspections - Technical building rounds - Tenant contact - Responsibility for a portion of the property portfolio We are looking for someone with good interpersonal skills who enjoys working at a family-oriented company with a great team spirit. You have the drive and attitude to always do your best. As a person, you are well-organized, proactive, and solution-focused. You are accustomed to working with independent responsibility and can identify what needs to be done. You are service-oriented and can see the big picture in terms of what is best for the entire facility. The role requires knowledge and experience in property maintenance. Requirements: - Knowledge and experience in property maintenance - Class B driver's license - Swedish proficiency (spoken and written) Work Location: - Based in Svenljunga/Tranemo Scope: - Full-time - On-call duty included (3-4 weeks/year) - Reports to supervisor Compensation: - Fixed salary, monthly pay - Company vehicle included Employment Terms: - Full-time, permanent Application: Application should include a cover letter and CV.
