The company focuses on reliably solving customers' skill and time shortages with high-quality services delivered by an experienced team. We arrive when needed and we are flexible and clear. Our goal is to create a company that delivers quality and clarity to customers while providing a secure foundation for veterans to continue working with passion. You will join the Veteran Property team consisting of 6 people. You will typically work in pairs, though individual assignments for both companies and private clients may occur. All work comes with clear descriptions. Assignments are distributed based on interest and geography, either by phone or at breakfast meetings where we present new assignments and clients. Your direct manager will be Michell, one of the company's project leaders. As a Property Veteran, you will among other things: Start with the customer and project leader where we align the work description with the customer, and provide feedback to the customer and work leader regarding time spent and what was completed, as well as any deficiencies and corrective actions. When needed, procure materials and tools based on estimated requirements. Perform assignments according to carpentry standards and best practices. Responsibilities: You are responsible for ensuring work is performed professionally, continuously aligning the work with the customer and work leader, and providing excellent service to our customers. Desired Profile: Good experience with professionally executed property work Driver's license (Category B) and access to a vehicle Willing to work part-time on temporary assignments We are looking for someone who: Is experienced and wants to continue working part-time. Is thorough because it is important that the customer's work is performed professionally and that our procedures regarding work descriptions/checklists are followed. You are cheerful and bring positive energy to customers and colleagues, and you enjoy providing service to others. You have patience with older people who may have declining vision and hearing. You are the face of Veterangen to the outside. Meritorious if you have: Additional languages Experience working with elderly people Other information: Start: By agreement Working hours: Weekdays, according to assignment and agreement.
