About the Role
As a Property Manager, you are responsible for our 600 apartments and premises in the geographical area of Gränna, Visingsö, Ölmstad, and Kaxholmen. You are responsible for leading, planning, and developing management within the area with a focus on operations, maintenance, and upkeep. You will have an outward-facing and varied role with many contact points, where you daily build relationships and collaborate with contractors, colleagues, tenants, and other key stakeholders.
Your main responsibilities:
Responsible for operations, maintenance, and upkeep planning of the properties
Conduct apartment inspections
Managerial responsibility for staff within property maintenance and facilities management
Responsible for budget, follow-up, and financial results within the area
Coordinate and follow up on contractors and external suppliers
Build and develop good relationships with tenants
Contribute to the development of both your own operations and Junehem as a whole
You will work from our office in Gränna and report to the Management Director. You are part of Junehem's management group and lead a team of 7 employees consisting of property caretakers and facilities staff.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with experience from the real estate industry or a related field where you have worked with operations, maintenance, or management. You have good administrative skills, are experienced working in digital systems, and enjoy a role where you combine operational work with planning and development. You also have at least upper secondary education and preferably post-secondary education in real estate, technology, economics, or another relevant field. Previous experience in leadership, for example as a manager or supervisor, is an asset. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of rental law.
To succeed in this role, you are someone who takes responsibility and works in a structured manner while having the ability to adapt when circumstances change. You are skilled at creating relationships of trust and can communicate in a way that creates involvement, clarity, and commitment. In your daily work, you appreciate working closely with both employees, colleagues, and external partners. Furthermore, you are engaged in developing operations and finding solutions that create value for both tenants and the organization.
You must be fluent in Swedish in speech and writing and have good knowledge of English. A class B driver's license is required.
