What you'll be doing!
In this role, you'll make sure our facilities are in good shape, both technically and practically. You'll work closely with both colleagues and the people using the facilities, and be an important face in daily operations. You'll have a varied role with both planned tasks and urgent interventions when something breaks down.
Manage daily operations and maintenance of our commercial and public facilities
Work with fault reports, inspections, and basic monitoring of technical systems
Troubleshoot and fix ventilation, heating, plumbing, and simple electrical installations at user level
Perform planned maintenance and contribute to creating long-term sustainable solutions
Document actions in digital systems and keep track of work orders
Communicate with tenants and internal colleagues to ensure good service
Who we think you are!
We're looking for someone who likes combining practical work with technical thinking, and who enjoys moving around the facilities instead of sitting at a desk all day. You're confident in your trade, like solving problems, and think it's important to be reliable and easy to work with.
Have vocational or upper secondary education in facilities technology, plumbing, electrical work, operations technology, or similar technical field
Have 3 years of experience with operations and maintenance of commercial or public facilities
Are experienced with troubleshooting ventilation, heating, plumbing, and simple electrical installations
Have worked with fault reports, inspections, and planned maintenance in facility portfolios
Can read simple drawings, operating instructions, and technical manuals
Have good ability to plan, prioritize, and take responsibility for your own area
