As a Property and Contract Coordinator at Norrbotniabanan, you will have a central role in coordinating and developing the program's overall property and contract matters in close collaboration with both internal and external parties. Responsibilities As a Property and Contract Coordinator, you will work at the interface between the Property & Contract function and other parts of the program. You will be responsible for government coordination by driving, coordinating, and managing strategic and principal matters at an overall level with other government agencies. You will be part of a group of approximately 15 people and work in close collaboration with the program's Property Manager, where the Property Manager leads operational work with land negotiators and specific contracts, while you focus on overarching structures, systems, government relations, and provide qualified support to the organization. The role involves extensive collaboration and dialogue both internally within the program and with external parties. You will also work with: - Strategic management and structure of geographic information systems (GIS) and other property data within the program in collaboration with the project's data coordination and GIS department. - Development and design of internal working methods and processes for property matters within the project. - Coordination of property matters with other technical and project areas within Norrbotniabanan to proactively identify dependencies between different parts of the project and timelines. - Introduction and support of new colleagues within the function. We are looking for someone who has - A university degree of at least 180 credits in surveying, law, or another education that together with experience is considered equivalent - Several years of experience with qualified property law matters - Good knowledge of and experience with infrastructure and community development processes within land and property - Experience with data coordination or work with GIS systems in community development - Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written - Good computer skills and strong knowledge of the Office package It is an advantage if you have - Experience coordinating or developing operations in large, complex infrastructure projects - Experience with the municipal planning process and its components - Experience serving as a mentor or supervisor for colleagues Additional Information The position is based in Luleå. In this recruitment, web-based tests will be used as part of the selection process. Interviews are planned to be conducted in week 43 at the office in Luleå.
