Why you should work with us - pharmacy manager Marianne shares her thoughts Welcome to our wonderful pharmacy at ICA Maxi, Sundsvall. We are located about 14 minutes from Sundsvall city center, perfectly positioned at ICA Maxi with hours 8-22 every day. Close to shopping centers and with good bus connections. Our customers really appreciate our accessibility. You will join a pharmacy with 15 employees and an open workplace characterized by joy and laughter. You will be part of a team that is marked by community, belonging, and mutual respect. We bring our strengths to the table and learn from one another. For me, it's important that you enjoy your job, feel joy and engagement, and have the conditions needed to succeed and develop in your role. We work daily toward clear goals, constantly communicating about what's most important today. Sometimes it's numbers, sometimes it's getting inventory done, and sometimes it's displaying our new products so customers don't miss them. Always, always with the customer first. Whatever we do, it's to ensure we maintain our loyal customers and attract new ones to discover us. The pharmacy has a large well-stocked over-the-counter section with a broad range.
