About the pharmacist role at Hjärtat
As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescription and self-care products. In this role, you contribute with your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and to the pharmacy's success.
There is also an opportunity to become a pharmacy manager. At Hjärtat, this means you coach your colleagues so that counseling, sales, and efficiency at the pharmacy are continuously improved in close collaboration with the sales manager. As a pharmacy manager, you are responsible for competence development within pharmacy at your workplace. You are responsible for or support the pharmacy manager in contacts with local healthcare, and are a good role model in customer interactions.

For me, the core of our business is helping customers achieve the best possible medication use and health. This way, we create satisfied customers and a winning pharmacy. Our pharmacy, located in ICA Maxi Härnösand, continues to grow, and we are looking for a driven pharmacist who, together with us others, ensures that we increasingly exceed our customers' expectations.
We are a much-loved pharmacy with the latest concept, located in fantastic Härnösand. A place with beautiful nature, coastal views, and genuine character. Today, five pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians work here to welcome customers 8–20 on weekdays and 9–19 on weekends. We have all customer categories, many returning customers, and tourists in summer when Höga Kusten is heavily visited. We are a wonderful team that steps up in all situations and shows high commitment to each other, our customers, and the pharmacy.

You show interest and commitment in meeting with customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat
You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed
You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday work
