Job Responsibilities
We are seeking to strengthen our team with a new colleague as a Transportation Service Investigator in Malmö City for 6 months.
As a Transportation Service Investigator, you will handle applications for transportation services and national transportation services in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act. The work involves independently investigating cases, assessing, and making decisions according to the transportation services law, national transportation services law, guidelines, and application instructions for transportation and national transportation services in Malmö City.
The work primarily involves investigating the customer's difficulties with mobility and using public transportation. You will also review medical statements submitted in cases. As a Transportation Service Investigator, you may represent Malmö City legally in transportation service matters when needed. When necessary, you will also communicate by phone or digitally with applicants. Other work tasks related to your position may also occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with
Relevant university degree, for example in law, behavioral sciences, or social work/other equivalent education.
Experience with investigation work, for example from social services, care administration, healthcare, or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English in speech.
It is an advantage if you also have
Worked with government authority functions
Experience working in Procapita with investigations
Familiarity with medical terminology
Worked with elderly and people with disabilities
