The role of family law secretary with us
Family Law is part of the Family Unit, which is part of primary social services. The Family Law Secretary with a focus on visitation support at Family Law is a new role in our organization, and you will work to develop visitation support work. The main work will involve visitation support, which also includes administering visitation support, but also other family law tasks and leading group activities. Visitation support shall be carried out with the best interests of the child in focus, which may therefore involve work outside office hours in evenings and weekends. As a family law secretary, you have documentation responsibilities. In your work, you will have support through regular external supervision, skills development, and methodological support.
As a family law secretary, you will meet children, young people, and their parents in close collaboration. You will be part of a group of seven family law secretaries and one supervisor. We have good collegial support and a welcoming climate where we cooperate and help each other.
Your profile

We are looking for you who have:
- a degree in social work
- experience with family law work
- a valid driver's license (category B)
It is advantageous if you have:
- experience working with visitation support
- experience with psychosocial treatment work
- experience leading group activities for children and parents
