About the Role This role suits you if you thrive with independent and customer-oriented work and want to develop further within family law. As a lawyer with us, you will provide legal advice within our practice areas and meet people at many different stages of life. This requires both legal expertise and good judgment, as well as the ability to create security even in situations that can be complex or emotionally challenging. You will: Provide qualified legal advice to private individuals. Independently manage and take responsibility for your cases. Work closely with customers and make the law understandable and accessible. Build trust and security in meetings with people in different life situations. Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the office's and business's continued development. Work in a business-minded way with understanding for both customer benefit and business profitability. Your position will be at our office in Kristianstad. However, the office's operations also extend across Blekinge, the Kristianstad region, Östra Göinge, Osby, Höör, Hörby, Simrishamn, and Hässleholm. Travel and customer meetings within the area occur regularly as part of the role. We are looking for someone who: Has a law degree. Is confident in your profession and has the ability to independently take responsibility and drive your work forward. Has good people skills and an trustworthy and professional manner in customer interactions. Has the ability to meet and create security for people even in difficult and emotionally challenging situations. Is driven and business-minded, with understanding of the connection between high quality, customer benefit, and profitability. Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive and development-oriented work environment. Holds a class B driver's license and has access to your own car. It is a merit if you have a couple of years of relevant legal work experience, for example from a bank, law firm, or municipal/public sector. Internship at court and experience with litigation are also merits. We also view experience from funeral services or other activities where you have met and professionally supported people in vulnerable or emotionally challenging life situations positively.
