There are group leaders responsible for support and guidance in day-to-day work in close cooperation with the unit manager. As a new employee, you will receive an introduction that includes competency development and, if needed, basic training in the methods used by the team. We are looking for 2 family counselors for the Family Team ages 13-21 Your tasks The Family Team 13-21 builds its activities on meeting, supporting, and strengthening young people and their families based on their needs and circumstances toward a more functional life. The work is based on a systemic approach and should be built on evidence-based methods and a salutogenic perspective. Key concepts are participation, credibility, and respect, directed toward our young people and families, within the organization, and toward cooperation partners. The Family Team's target group is young people ages 13-21 and their families who need support in various areas such as risk/substance abuse, school/employment, mental health, and norm-breaking behavior. Who are you? You are a social worker or hold another university degree that the employer deems equivalent, combined with 7.5 credits in social law. You preferably have experience in social work and are accustomed to meeting and talking with people in various situations. Experience with parental support interventions and knowledge of MI and CBT are merits. As a person, you are attentive and empathetic. You show consideration and respect when meeting others and have an easy time creating trusting relationships. You are confident in your professional role and have good self-awareness. You are aware of how your own feelings and actions affect others and can distinguish between the personal and the professional. You have good judgment and can make well-founded decisions based on available information and different action options. You can clearly justify your positions and take responsibility for your tasks. You are organized and have the ability to organize and prioritize your work based on what is most important. In your communication, you are clear and confident, both in conversations and in collaboration with others. You can adapt your way of communicating to the person you meet and ensure that the information has been conveyed. You enjoy collaborating and contribute to good teamwork. A driver's license category B is a requirement. You have good knowledge of Swedish and express yourself well in both speech and writing. We look forward to your application!
