Together we create value every day. Job Description One of our colleagues is moving on to new challenges and we need someone to replace them. At the same time, we need to fill a position for a colleague who will be on parental leave. As a family therapist, you work with qualified change work directed at children, young people, adults, and families in vulnerable situations. You will vary your working methods between pure conversation techniques, manual-based methods, and/or more practical and concrete work, so-called hands-on work. You also need to be comfortable co-leading group activities directed at various target groups. Your assignments will also be focused on the individual, family, and/or a system or network, and you need to be skilled at collaborating with other actors around the individual/family. Cooperation with social workers and collaboration with various internal and external services are important components of the work. Flexibility in your daily work is a prerequisite for working with family therapy in Åstorp Municipality, so you may sometimes need to be on site early morning and/or later in the evening. You have the ability to coordinate and drive various processes from a holistic perspective. The support offered depends on what needs exist. We actively work based on the individual's various needs and offer flexible and individually adapted support based on proven experience and evidence. We work with a salutogenic approach where the activity is characterized by a systemic perspective. The unit, Open Care, is part of Individual and Family Services and consists of 10 employees who, in addition to the above, work with family therapy. You work in close collaboration with your colleagues and the three other units of Individual and Family Services: Investigation and Intake, Foster Care and Follow-up, and Individual and Support Services. You are part of a group with great commitment, lack of pretense, and willingness to collaborate. You have a manager who works with trust-based governance and leadership and who gives you the conditions to take your own responsibility. Qualifications You are a social worker, behavioral scientist, or have other adequate training deemed equivalent by the employer. Additional education in the field is desirable, preferably systemic theory education or manual-based methods aimed at conducting change work. Examples of desirable methods include MI, COS, KiBB, rePULSE, CAP, FFT, ATV, IHF, conversations about violence, conversations about freedom, among others. Experience from previous treatment work in municipal open care is meritorious. If you have basic therapy training, especially in family therapy, that is a great plus. One focused assignment within the position involves working specifically with school absenteeism, so you need to have an interest in working with this target group.
