LFV is responsible for air traffic control and the development of future air traffic services. Within CNS (Communication, Navigation & Surveillance), we ensure that the technical infrastructure enabling safe flight operations functions 24/7, year-round.
As a Field Service Leader, you will play a significant role in working together with MCF (the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency) to ensure that field operations are delivered in accordance with the cooperation agreement with MCF. You will also provide support to group managers who have production responsibility.
Your responsibilities
Primary responsibility for supporting the SoU DUS line organization in monitoring field delivery both internally and externally.
Contract and operational monitoring against Field UE: SLA compliance, penalties, and contractual matters.
Responsible for operational development of the cooperation agreement, daily work procedures, and monitoring of operational work in both internal and external field teams.
Coordinate monitoring of field delivery both internally and externally with UE (subcontractors).
Monitoring and continuous improvements regarding processes for Field interface (Incident/Problem, Change, Delivery Office, and Warehouse & Logistics).
Participate in meetings with Field UE and MCF where Field services are required.
Compile requirements for Procurement/Investments for Field internally.
Access management: Access for Field both internally and for subcontractors.
Support the Delivery Office in planning upcoming orders related to field delivery.
Your qualifications
You have 5-10 years of experience in field operations.
You have experience with contract management.
You have experience with radio technology, transmission, and IT infrastructure.
Driver's license (category B)
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious if you have:
Experience with TETRA environment and/or Telecom environment operations.
Knowledge of contract law
Knowledge of or training in ITIL.
