About the Position The work involves conducting observations in public transportation throughout the Stockholm area and documenting your observations digitally on your mobile device. You will work according to clear instructions and observation points that you follow during your work shifts. The assignment starts October 1st. The work is independent and requires you to be attentive and thorough while conducting observations in a discreet manner. You will be scheduled for various observations throughout the Stockholm area. Work shifts can be assigned during all hours of the day, both on weekdays and weekends. Some observations will be conducted by car, so we are looking for both people with and without a driver's license. Before you start working on the assignment, you will complete a mandatory full-day training. About You We are looking for someone who lives in Stockholm and the surrounding area and who enjoys flexible and independent work. You are thorough, responsible, and self-motivated. Since an important part of the work is documenting what you observe, you need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have previous experience with similar observation work, fieldwork, Mystery Shopping, or other roles where careful documentation has been an important part of the work. We are looking for someone who: Lives in Stockholm and the surrounding area Communicates fluently in Swedish, verbally and in writing Is thorough, observant, and responsible Is self-motivated and enjoys working independently Has the ability to work flexible hours It is advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to your own car, since parts of the assignment are conducted by car.
