Place of work: Vestec The job involves primarily issuing and recording issued and received invoices, checking bank statements and matching payments, as well as ensuring administration related to billing. The position also includes communication with clients and business partners, especially in written form, including the use of English. We require good orientation in administrative processes, attention to detail, independence, reliability and responsible approach to work. Knowledge of the POHODA accounting system is an advantage. A suitable candidate is an applicant with secondary education with a high school diploma in accounting, or an applicant with at least 3 years of experience in the field of invoicing.
