We are looking for a Facility Manager (0.5 full-time equivalent) We are seeking a reliable and managerially competent colleague who will take charge of complete operational management of our buildings and facilities. Job Responsibilities: - Building and facility management: ensuring smooth technical operation of assigned facilities and surrounding areas. - Maintenance and inspection coordination: planning and overseeing regular inspections (electrical, fire safety, occupational health and safety, elevators) and arranging minor repairs. - Vendor communication: selecting and managing external companies (cleaning, maintenance, energy management). - Emergency and fault resolution: quick response to technical problems and ensuring their resolution. - Document preparation for office management and executives: maintaining technical documentation records and verifying invoices from service providers. What We Expect from You: - Technical thinking: understanding of how building technical infrastructure functions. - Organizational skills: ability to efficiently plan maintenance and coordinate external vendor work. - Independence and proactivity: ability to independently identify shortcomings and suggest solutions. - Basic PC skills: routine administration related to inspection records and email communication. - Good communication skills. We Appreciate: - Previous experience in a similar position (property management, facility management). - Basic hands-on skills for operational resolution of minor issues. - Knowledge of occupational health and safety and fire safety legislation.
