Drive the development of efficient and sustainable workplace solutions in an international R&D environment. Take responsibility for contracts, facilities, costs, and strategic improvement initiatives. Do you want to lead and develop modern workplace solutions in an international technology and development environment? In this role, you'll combine commercial responsibility with practical improvement work for facilities, contracts, and work environment. About the Role Manage portions of the organization's real estate and facility portfolio. Be a central point of contact for landlords and external parties. Drive cost-effective and functional workplace solutions. Support operations in research, development, and design. What You'll Do Manage, monitor, and develop facility-related contracts. Lead negotiations, terminations, modifications, and leasing opportunities. Drive projects related to office adaptations, relocations, and workplace development. Analyze space utilization and efficiency opportunities. Contribute to safety initiatives, asset management, and insurance administration. What We're Looking For Several years of experience in facility management, real estate, engineering, or operations management. Experience with budget responsibility, cost tracking, and commercial contracts. Strong negotiation skills and experience with landlord or external supplier relationships. Experience from R&D, design, or other complex office environments. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between operational locations as needed.
