About the Position Kvibergs Vandrarhem is seeking a careful and responsible person who wants to work extra with breakfast, reception, and cleaning. Work shifts are primarily scheduled for weekends, but daytime work on weekdays also occurs. We are a small team where everyone pitches in. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys varied tasks and can work independently. Experience from hotels, reception, service, or cleaning is a plus. About the Company: Kvibergs vandrarhem is a family-owned hostel that welcomes travelers from around the world. We strive to offer a comfortable and friendly atmosphere where guests can feel at home. We have a total of 48 rooms and 3 cottages. Your Responsibilities: As a team member with us, you will work in multiple areas and help where needed. Breakfast Prepare and serve breakfast to our guests Provide service and assist guests during breakfast Keep the breakfast area clean and organized Cleaning: Cleaning of guest rooms and common areas Ensure everything is clean, fresh, and welcoming for our guests Work carefully and efficiently according to our procedures We do not change the sheets Reception: Welcome and assist our guests Check in and check out guests Answer questions and provide information about Gothenburg and local attractions We are Looking for Someone Who: Has good social skills and enjoys meeting new people Has previous experience with cleaning Is careful, responsible, and reliable Can take initiative and sees what needs to be done You should be able to communicate well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Employment Terms: This is a position on an as-needed basis of approximately 4-8 days per month from October to May. From June to August, there is an opportunity to work up to 5 days per week.
