Individuals over 18 years of age who cannot independently or with assistance travel to a health center may have the opportunity to receive health care and rehabilitation/habilitation in their home. Home Health Care is responsible for home nursing, home visits, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices in ordinary housing, including prescription and certification for housing adaptation. This assignment operates 24/7 for individuals over 18 years of age living in their own homes.
Our goal is to strengthen the individual's ability to live an independent life and to offer good and safe care with high quality. The work is based on a health-promoting and rehabilitative approach, with focus on participation, coordination, and clear distribution of responsibilities.
We are now seeking several competent nursing assistants interested in a flexible and developmental part-time position where the individual is at the center!
Your responsibilities
As a nursing assistant in home health care, you will perform delegated tasks at the primary care level. Tasks primarily include medication and insulin administration, wound care and catheter care. With us you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients and make a real difference in their daily lives.

Requirements
Trained nursing assistant
Experience with specimen collection and delegated tasks such as medication and insulin handling
Experience with wound care
Good knowledge of Swedish language in speech and writing, so you can communicate with users, relatives and colleagues, write and access care documentation, and obtain medication delegation
B-class driver's license
Meritorious
Experience working in home services and/or home health care
Experience working with feeding tubes and/or catheters
Heavy tasks occur; transfer aids must be used. Smoking/animals may be present in the workplace, so you should not be allergic.
