We are now seeking flexible and service-oriented employees for Livli in Sundsvall, where you will work both as a sales associate in the circular destination Circuit and as a receptionist at Livli's information desk. The role involves varied tasks and suits you if you enjoy customer contact and want to be at the center of things.
You will be employed by KFX HR-partner and work on-site at our client's location. The position is part-time/as needed, primarily evenings and weekends, with the possibility of additional shifts during busy periods and for holiday compensation.

Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will among other things:
Provide world-class service to visitors and tenants
Staff the information desk and assist customers with questions and guidance
Answer phones and handle emails
Handle sales of gift cards, tickets, and simple administrative tasks
Assist at events
Ensure that Circuit is well-stocked, organized, and inspiring
Follow guidelines regarding display, pricing, and assortment in the store
Proactively engage with customers, explain the concept, and contribute to high customer satisfaction
Support colleagues as needed
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service and who enjoys working in a role with extensive customer contact. You are social, solution-oriented, and take responsibility for your tasks.
We would like it if you:
Have another primary occupation (studies or work)
Are flexible and can work evenings and weekends
Have excellent service orientation and professional demeanor
Are self-driven, take initiative, and are reliable
Have good communication skills in Swedish and can make yourself understood in English
Have an interest in sustainability and circular solutions (advantageous)
Have experience in service, retail, or reception (advantageous, but not required)

Salary: individual salary determination (Unionen Collective Agreement)
