As a machine operator, you will be the heart of our production, where your daily tasks involve monitoring production, manufacturing products according to our production schedule, and smoothly adjusting machines as needed. We believe in collaboration and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team where each individual plays an important role.
In your role, you will:
Monitor production
Manufacture products according to production schedule and deadlines
Adjust machines as needed
Work closely with other operators and technicians in production
The machine operator position is a part-time consulting assignment through Adecco where you are expected to be available for work at least 1-2 days/week. It is a requirement to have other primary employment of at least 50% in order to be suitable for the position. BAT operates both 3- and 5-shift schedules.

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in the food industry is a merit
Forklift certification is a merit
