PART-TIME LEADER POSITION IN GOTHENBURG We are currently seeking 3-4 engaged individuals who want to join our team! You will primarily work on Fridays with games, crafts, movies, and socializing with children ages approximately 9-14 years, as well as during school vacation activities. About the role: As a leader, you will help create safe, fun, and developmentally stimulating activities. You work in a team but also need to be able to take initiative when needed. Note: We prefer that you are studying to become a recreational leader or pursuing other pedagogical education programs aimed at working with children. Experience in educational work with children is a merit. We are looking for someone who: Is self-directed and confident in making independent decisions. Has experience working with children and meeting their needs. Is good at collaborating and maintaining open communication with colleagues. Is creative, receptive, and committed to your work. Can work Friday afternoons and during school breaks. Practical information: Position: Fixed-term employment based on need, starting in September 2026.
