Job Description & Offer We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and responsible person who wants to work part-time as a house manager/host at Ronald McDonald House in Huddinge. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming families to the house, which always needs to be staffed at night with a person available to answer questions and provide support to the families. As staff, you will also help with cleaning, laundry, and other household tasks. After evening reception, you will stay overnight to assist with various morning tasks, such as preparing for meetings, tidying the kitchen and entrances, and opening the office. Working hours are weekday and weekend nights between approximately 19:45-08:15 with "sleeping on-call" duty from approximately 21:45-06:45. Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is humble, passionate about helping others, and wishes to have a part-time job where you make a kind contribution. Ronald McDonald House needs empathetic and responsible people who can meet families in crisis and listen to their needs during their stay. We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time as needed and is studying at university. Meritorious qualifications include volunteer work/unpaid work and experience in healthcare and social services. You must be able to show that you have no record in the criminal records register.
