Tilda is 20 years old and lives with her family in Danderyd near Mörby Centrum (subway and buses) and Djursholms Ösby (Roslagsbanan). The family consists of mom, dad, an older sister, and an older brother.
Tilda has autism spectrum traits and motor difficulties. She needs support when walking and uses alternative communication to interact with those around her.
This fall, Tilda will spend her weekdays at a day program near her home. In the evenings, on weekends, and during her free time, she enjoys outings to Gröna Lund, movies, museums, shopping, and watching football, among other things.
The job involves being Tilda's support and extended arm, mainly at home. You will help her with tasks she cannot do on her own, which also serves as training for Tilda. For example: eating, communication, mobility, hygiene, and some medical care.
During Tilda's waking hours, you will work alongside another assistant in what is called dual assistance.
We are now looking for personal assistants for part-time positions. This could be a good fit for you if you're a student, for example.
IMPORTANT! Tilda prefers only female applicants.
Right now, we are particularly looking for someone who can work evening shifts, weekends, and night shifts (awake nights). We will individually agree on the scope and working hours to suit both you and Tilda.
To thrive working for Tilda, you enjoy working in a group with others but also independently. You will work mostly in Tilda's home in close contact with her family, so your social skills are important. You are responsible in how you treat others and in your work ethic, such as being punctual and maintaining your work schedule.
Team Tilda Assistans AB holds a license from IVO (formerly Socialstyrelsen) to operate under LSS. We have an employer agreement with Fremia, and with your employment you will receive insurance and salary in accordance with the current collective agreement.
