Right now we have a lot going on and we therefore need more people on our great team at the customer reception in Åkersberga! We're looking for you who want a flexible part-time job with varying work days and lots of customer contact. Here you'll have the opportunity to develop in a role where service, responsibility and team spirit are at the center. About the role As a part-time employee in our customer reception, you'll meet both buying and selling customers, perform basic inspections of newly arrived cars and handle administrative tasks. The work takes place both indoors and outdoors – which suits you if you like an active and varied workday. You'll be gradually introduced to the tasks with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you become comfortable in the role. Initially, the work is based at our facility in Åkersberga. In spring 2027, the operation will move to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility in Bro, just outside Stockholm. You will, among other things: - Receive customers and help them buy or sell their car. - Provide good service and answer questions at the customer reception. - Perform basic inspections of newly arrived cars. - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that daily operations run efficiently. Who are we looking for? We're looking for you who have a B-category driving license for manual transmission and good knowledge of both Swedish and English. You are service-oriented, social and enjoy meeting customers. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented and responsible. You like to take your own initiative, but also enjoy working with others. In your work, you are thorough and structured, and you contribute with a positive attitude to the team. If you have experience with customer service, an interest in cars or additional language skills, we see that as a merit. The role is suitable for you if you're looking for a part-time job alongside studies or other activities and want to build experience in a customer-facing role over time. Other information This is a part-time position where you work hours as needed by agreement, primarily weekdays during daytime and Saturdays during periods when many buy and sell used cars.
