About the Client Company We are looking for Production Personnel who want to work extra hours with one of our clients in the manufacturing industry outside of Borås. Job Responsibilities You will work in a team and your tasks can vary. Your main responsibilities consist of hanging and removing metal parts on a production line, but also simpler assembly, packing, and inspection work. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, it is an advantage if you are comfortable with physical labor. You need to be flexible and able to step in and start working with short notice when needed. A requirement is that you can work shifts, as working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and night shifts. The need applies only to weekdays as weekend work does not occur at the workplace. You must be a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Background and Personal Qualities It is desirable if you have completed practical training or have worked in the industry before, but it is not a requirement. The main thing is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are requirements since public transportation does not align with the working hours. You are thorough and can maintain a high pace when working. You have high work ethic and a positive attitude toward work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. About Us FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing company focused on the industry. This position is a temp-to-hire role, which means the possibility of permanent employment with the client company after the staffing period.
