We are now looking for you who are seeking work alongside studies, are retired, or have other employment for an assignment with our client Tarkett in Ronneby. The assignment suits you if you have the ability to work extra shifts and enjoy practical work in a production and workshop environment. You will become an important part of the team where safety, quality, and collaboration are highly valued.
About the position
As extra staff, you will perform varying work tasks in production. Work tasks include machine operation, material handling, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace.
Working hours can vary and include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts depending on operational needs. The assignment is located in Ronneby and will start with an introduction according to agreement. Important: to be eligible for extra work, you must also have another occupation of at least 50% or be retired.
About you
We are looking for someone who is technically minded, thorough, and responsible. You enjoy practical work, are used to collaborating in a team, and can work independently when needed. Good work ethic and willingness to learn are more important than extensive experience.
Formal qualifications
Industrial experience or similar technical competence
Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
Forklift and reach truck certification
Meriting factors
Previous experience with machine operation
Knowledge of quality and safety procedures in an industrial environment
Experience with shift work
