Job responsibilities
We are now looking for you who want to work as an extra stadium usher at Got Event! As a stadium usher, you assist before, during, and after events at our arenas.
We are looking for engaged ushers who are motivated by providing our visitors with a first-class service experience. As a stadium usher, you are the first person our visitors meet, so your primary task is to ensure that our visitors enjoy themselves and get the help they need.
As a stadium usher, you will for example work with:
Scanning tickets at the entrance
Guiding visitors to their seats
Informing about the location of kiosks and restrooms
Answering general questions from visitors
Qualifications
You will be an important part of the team working together with your colleagues, all contributing to the best possible experience for our visitors. It is important that you are a team player who values collaboration with your colleagues.
You have a strong service mindset and always deliver courteous treatment to our visiting guests. You are also meticulous and can work at a fast pace during busy periods.
To thrive in this role, it is important that you are flexible, solution-oriented, and stress-resilient, as unexpected situations may arise.
Since most of our events take place in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends, it is important that you can work during these times. We also prioritize candidates who are available during the summer months when we have many major events at our arenas.
We are recruiting new employees primarily for our Ullevi and Gamla Ullevi arenas.
