We at Best of Basic Sollentuna Centrum are now looking for sales associates who can work extra as needed. You can either be a student who can jump in on weekdays and weekends, or just as well a retiree who wants to work a little extra. Do you have a natural ability to make people feel seen and welcome? Do you feel genuine joy and pride when you see a customer leave the store with a big smile, wearing clothes that make her shine and feel just right? Then we think you would thrive with us! Who are we? Best of Basic is a warm and personal shop, both in the heart of Sollentuna Centrum and in our web shop. We serve the conscious woman (35+) and are proud of our solid service and knowledge of the brands we sell. For us, every encounter in the store is the beginning of a relationship, and we make sure that every customer gets an experience beyond the ordinary. Your role with us As our new colleague, your most important task is to be a trusted support for our customers. You guide them with a gentle but firm hand to garments that suit their personal style and needs. Beyond the personal encounter, we all help with the daily tasks that keep the store beautiful and inspiring. Your work includes: Guiding and inspiring: Helping our customers with care and sensitivity to find the right items in our selection. Caring for the store: Managing displays, price tags, and ensuring the store always feels welcoming and representative. Handling web orders: Packing and shipping packages to our web customers and managing customer contact through our digital systems. Daily operations: Receiving merchandise and handling cash in a calm and professional manner. Who are you? We are looking for someone with solid experience in fashion and sales, but who is above all driven by providing good service from the heart. You have an eye for color and form and enjoy keeping things organized and in order around you. We believe that you: Have worked several years in a fashion boutique and feel confident in your professional role. Are a warm person who loves personal encounters and building trust. Are comfortable with computers and have experience with digital systems for registers and web shop. Are self-driven and see what needs to be done for the store to thrive.
