Today, world-class research is conducted in organic electronics, Visualization & AI, and logistics and transportation systems at Campus Norrköping at Linköping University. One of Norrköping Science Park's most important missions is to create conditions for more companies and job opportunities to emerge from research and related education at LiU Campus Norrköping. In collaboration with the university, RISE, Region Östergötland, the private business sector, and Norrköping Municipality, HOPE was established in 2021. The goal was to create a physical environment, an incubator for companies with a focus on developing new green industry connected to the area—something that has now become a reality. In addition to HOPE, Norrköping Science Park also operates a startup environment at Strykbrädan connected to the knowledge areas of Visualization & AI and logistics and transportation systems. To further strengthen the positive development of knowledge-intensive and research-driven companies, we run groundbreaking projects together with companies, universities, and the public sector—and now we're taking the next step in our development! Your responsibilities As an event and site coordinator with us, you are our face outward in our startup environments and contribute to our brand through your customer service, communication, and inclusive approach. As an event and site coordinator, you have overall responsibility for our physical environments HOPE and Strykbrädan, as well as important ongoing contact with students. You are the contact person for our tenants, the team, and our suppliers. In practice, this means you are responsible for keys, onboarding new tenants, reporting issues, facility contacts, ordering and purchasing various items, mail, coffee, fruit, and facilities. Your responsibilities also include coordinating, in collaboration with our project managers, various events such as student activities, study visits, trade shows, and events we organize. You are responsible for practical planning, which may involve ordering catering, making bookings and arranging travel, and maintaining participant lists. In your role as site coordinator, you are expected to be proactive and stay one step ahead to see and prioritize what needs to be done. You have extensive experience with qualified administrative tasks with a focus on service. You find it easy to learn different systems, and we would like to see that you have knowledge of Office 365 and its various functions. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education, preferably combined with some post-secondary education. As a person, you are creative, bring new ideas, and can quickly implement new approaches in practice—as well as adapt when circumstances change. An additional interest in technology is a plus. You collaborate well with others and relate to them in a responsive, constructive, and flexible manner, while you also appreciate independently prioritizing and managing different tasks on your own. You have high integrity, are unpretentious, and enjoy creating good conditions for others to succeed; providing excellent service comes naturally to you.
