We are now seeking an onboarding and training coordinator who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our training and skills development work.
In this role, you will have overall responsibility for coordinating and further developing our onboarding and training process. You will be a central point of contact for managers, employees, internal trainers, and external training providers. You will plan, coordinate, and conduct training within the organization and ensure that training initiatives are carried out with high quality and structure.
You will work closely with the operations and have many points of contact, while also having the opportunity to influence and improve our approaches to onboarding and skills development. The role suits you if you enjoy combining structure and administration with people skills, communication, and development.
The role is located in the HR department and reports to the HR Manager.
Your Main Responsibilities
As an onboarding and training coordinator, you will, among other things:
Plan, coordinate, and administer the introduction and onboarding process for new employees.
Conduct parts of our introduction and training initiatives.

This is a varied role where you have the opportunity to combine operational coordination with developing our approaches to onboarding and skills development.

You thrive in a coordinating role with many points of contact and can easily switch between administration, planning, and people contact. As a person, you are self-driven and initiative-taking while also being responsive and collaborative. You have an eye for detail but can also see the bigger picture and drive work forward.
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
Post-secondary education in HR/personnel, pedagogy, administration, or another relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with administrative and coordinating work, preferably in training, HR, or skills development.
Experience planning and conducting training, workshops, presentations, or similar activities.
Good system skills and strong knowledge of the Office suite.
