A Job That Matters - Personal Assistant Would you like to make a meaningful difference in someone else's life? I'm looking for a personal assistant who wants to help create structure, energy, and meaning in my everyday life. As my own employer, I've chosen to create a more personal and flexible assistance arrangement - and can offer you good conditions in return. I'm a woman in my fifties with a neurological condition that affects my motor skills and I use a wheelchair. Training such as swimming and the gym are therefore important parts of my life, for both body and mind. I have a good sense of humor and enjoy gardening and maintaining a nice and comfortable home. I live in Karlstad with my teenage son every other week, and our cat. Job responsibilities: - Help with everyday routines such as cooking, cleaning, hygiene, shopping, laundry, gardening, and outings. - An important part of the work is creating a sense of security and making daily life function well. This means being able to independently create and maintain working routines, stay one step ahead, and see what needs to be done without always needing instructions. - Work calmly and methodically with consideration for my health and energy levels I'm looking for someone who: - Has a positive, calm, and reassuring personality with good judgment and maturity. - Is responsive and flexible, with the ability to read different situations. - Motivated and self-directed. - Has good physical health - transfers and practical tasks are included. - Speaks and understands Swedish very well. - Has a driver's license. - Wants to work long-term and be a stable part of my daily life.
