Your Responsibilities
We are now seeking 1 careful and dedicated grinder for our client's operations. In this role, you will work with grinding and finishing of parts and products to ensure high quality before the next step in production.
You are responsible for processing and preparing materials as well as verifying that products meet the company's quality standards. The work takes place in close collaboration with other departments and requires precision, quality thinking, and accountability.
Examples of work tasks:
• Grinding and finishing of parts and products
• Inspection and quality control of processed products
• Preparation of materials for further production
• Handling and moving goods with cart or forklift (forklift certification is a merit)
• Daily maintenance and upkeep of workplace and equipment
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure efficient production flow
Other Information:
The work is physically demanding and heavy lifting may occur. We are looking for someone who is careful, has good work ethic, and enjoys practical work in a production environment.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in workshop or industrial production work, preferably with previous experience in grinding or similar finishing work. You are accustomed to practical work and understand the importance of quality and precision in every step.
As a person, you are careful, quality-conscious, and responsible. You work in a structured manner, enjoy taking ownership, and have the ability to plan and execute your work tasks efficiently. The role requires high focus on precision and the ability to deliver professional results even when the pace is high or tasks vary.
You are a stable and reliable team member who appreciates collaboration with colleagues while also being able to work independently.
For this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written, in order to understand and follow safety regulations, instructions, and work procedures.
