Experienced Maintenance Mechanic in CNC and Machining Equipment

Teknikakademin is seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic with solid knowledge of CNC machines and other machining equipment.
We are looking for someone who not only knows the technical side but also has the ability and desire to share your knowledge, mentor, and teach others how the work functions in practice.
About the Role
In this position, you will use your practical experience to educate and mentor participants in, among other areas:
Maintenance and service of CNC and machining equipment
Troubleshooting and systematic problem-solving
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Mechanics, electrical systems, and technical troubleshooting
Technical documentation and maintenance work documentation
Safety regulations for work with machinery and industrial equipment
Machine components, bearings, transmissions, and drive systems
Safety and safe working methods
Practical methods and approaches from the industry
You do not need to be a traditional teacher. Your professional expertise, practical experience, and ability to explain, demonstrate, and teach are what matter most.
About You
You have several years of practical experience as, for example, a maintenance mechanic, service technician, CNC technician, or equivalent role within the manufacturing industry.
You have strong knowledge and experience with CNC and machining equipment, mechanics, electrical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting. You are accustomed to working systematically with both preventive and corrective maintenance, and to following technical documentation and safety regulations.
As a person, you are pedagogical, solution-oriented, and confident in your professional role. You enjoy working with people and have a genuine interest in passing on your professional knowledge and experience to others.
