About the Position
We're looking for an experienced truck driver who wants to join our team. In this role, you'll ensure efficient cargo flow through truck driving and goods handling.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Loading, unloading, sorting, palletizing, and handling incoming and outgoing shipments.
Registering, managing, and verifying that goods and documentation match before further transport.
Terminal work is an important part of our logistics flow, and you'll have daily contact with other departments, drivers, and customers. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and requires you to be detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working at a fast pace. Since we work with tight schedules for airlines, the work pace varies.
The position involves two-shift work. You'll work alternating weeks on day shift (06.00–14.00) and evening shift (14.00–22.00), Monday to Friday.
About You
You're an experienced truck driver who thrives in a practical and dynamic environment. You work safely, efficiently, and take responsibility for delivering high-quality work. You collaborate well with others but are also comfortable working independently and making decisions when needed.
Since the pace is sometimes high, you can prioritize, maintain focus, and work systematically even under time pressure. You're detail-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy contributing to good teamwork.
Requirements for the Position
Several years of experience with truck driving and terminal or warehouse work.
Forklift certification A1–A4 and B1 according to TLP10.
Completed upper secondary education.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Class B driver's license.
Good computer skills and experience working with business or warehouse systems.

Experience with air cargo.
Experience with WMS, scanners, and Office 365.
Knowledge of LEAN, such as 5S or daily management.
Experience mentoring or leading colleagues.
