Hedge Management Gardener Needed
Kullerstad Trädgård & Design AB is seeking an experienced and self-directed gardener who wants to take special responsibility for the company's hedge trimming. Salary and other employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement.
The position is planned to start in spring 2027, but for the right person there is an opportunity to begin employment during 2026. The recruitment process will take the time necessary, as we place great emphasis on finding someone who fits the role and wants to develop long-term with the company.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will, among other things:
Assess new hedge jobs and estimate time requirements.
Plan work based on season and appropriate trimming time.
Take responsibility for and actively participate in hedge trimming together with other team members.
Allocate and follow up on work on-site.
Ensure that work is performed safely, efficiently, and with a neat result.
Maintain that hedge shears and other tools are serviced, sharpened, and in good condition.
Identify needs for new tools, safety equipment, and other materials.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone with documented experience in hedge trimming, pruning, or similar gardening work. You need to be able to assess how different types of hedges should be trimmed and when the work should be performed.
You are responsible, thorough, and accustomed to working both independently and together with others. Since you will represent the company with our customers, it is important that you are friendly, reliable, and have a professional demeanor.
Requirements
Experience with hedge trimming and gardening work.
B-class driver's license.
Good ability to plan and estimate time requirements.
Ability to work independently and lead work on-site.
References from previous employers or clients.
Meritorious
Chainsaw operator certification.
Training in gardening, pruning, or arboriculture.
Experience in work supervision.
Familiarity with servicing and basic maintenance of machinery and tools.
