Kölnan Städ & Flytt offers professional cleaning and moving services to private individuals and businesses in Skåne. We have been in business for nine years and continue to grow with a focus on quality, safety, and personal service.
We are now looking for an experienced residential cleaner who wants to become a long-term part of our team. The position is full-time, 100 percent, with an immediate start or by agreement.
About the Position
Your primary responsibility will be residential cleaning at our private customers' homes. Move-out cleaning and deep cleaning also occur, and other types of cleaning assignments may be included as needed.
For us, residential cleaning means more than just a clean home. You work in customers' private environments and therefore earn their significant trust. This requires you to be respectful, attentive, and thorough, and to take responsibility for both the results and the customer's experience.
You need to be able to plan your work, follow the customer's instructions, and pay attention to details without constant supervision. You should be able to see what needs to be done and leave each assignment with a result that you are proud of.
Work is based in Malmö and is performed at customer homes in southwestern Skåne. You move between different customers and work locations during the workday.
We are Looking for Someone with Residential Cleaning Experience
To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience with professional residential cleaning. You should be accustomed to cleaning in private homes and understand the requirements for quality, efficiency, discretion, and customer service.
You need to be able to, among other things:
Work efficiently without compromising quality
Follow cleaning instructions and adapt your work to different homes
Handle customers' homes and belongings with great respect
Pay attention to details and notice if something is different
Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and management

Previous documented experience with professional residential cleaning
Ability to work independently
Good physical capacity, as the work is active and involves movement
Ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management
Punctuality, sense of responsibility, and professional conduct

Work Hours
Work hours are typically Monday–Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Times may vary depending on the day's assignments and customer needs. Evening and weekend work may occur.
