About the Assignment As a nurse in psychiatry, you will work with patients with varying psychiatric care needs. You will become part of a multidisciplinary team and work both independently and together with other professionals. Your responsibilities may include: Patient care and assessment Medication management and follow-up Observation and documentation Supportive and motivating conversations Care planning and coordination Collaboration with physicians and other professionals What We Are Looking For You are a licensed nurse You have current and relevant experience in psychiatric care You are confident and independent in your professional role You have a calm and professional demeanor You have a strong ability to build trust and meet patients according to their individual needs You work well in teams You have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written Specialist training in psychiatric care and previous experience from similar settings are advantageous.
