About the assignment As a nurse in the emergency department, you will meet patients with varying and acute care needs. The work is conducted in close collaboration with doctors, nursing assistants, and other professionals. Your responsibilities will include: Assessment and care of acutely ill patients Prioritizing and ongoing assessment of patients' care needs Medication management Sample collection and medical examinations Documentation Independent work combined with close teamwork We are looking for you who Are a licensed nurse Have current and relevant experience from an emergency department Feel confident and independent in your professional role Can prioritize and make decisions even when the pace is high Have good teamwork skills and professional communication Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written Previous experience from similar assignments in acute care is a plus.
