Responsibilities We are currently seeking a female caregiver for an 11-year-old girl with intellectual disability and epilepsy. The position involves 12 hours per month distributed over 2 occasions performed every other weekend. During caregiving sessions, you will engage in activities such as playing and visiting the park. We are looking for someone with great patience, who is organized, attentive, pedagogical, and has a genuine interest in people and compassionate care. Previous experience working with people in this target group is a plus. In-home respite care means you will visit the user's home and together find activities in the home environment, such as playing games, crafts, baking, listening to music, or simply spending time together in conversation. The purpose of respite care is to provide relief and support for the user's family. Employment Terms Hourly rates (including shift premium) range between 180-210 kr on weekends, 150-180 kr on weekday evenings, and 130-160 kr on weekdays (daytime) depending on your qualifications (education and experience). In the event of employment, we will request references and a criminal record clearance from the Swedish Police.
