We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and independent full-time chef for our newly opened restaurant at Lilla Torg in Malmö. We serve classic French bistro cuisine with a focus on quality ingredients, excellent craftsmanship, and genuine flavors. We're looking for someone with extensive kitchen experience, and it's a bonus if you're confident in leading and managing a kitchen team. We are looking for you who: Have solid experience as a chef, preferably within French cuisine Are independent and confident in taking responsibility for a kitchen Can plan, organize, and keep the kitchen's daily operations running smoothly Thrive working at a fast pace and under pressure Have a strong sense of quality, ingredients, and attention to detail Are dedicated, solution-oriented, and a great team player Are flexible and can work varying hours, evenings, and weekends This is a full-time position ideal for someone who wants to be part of developing a new restaurant and leaving your mark on the kitchen.
