About the Role
In this role, you work to ensure cost-effective, stable, and future-proof operations in our properties. You work proactively with analysis, monitoring, and optimization, and serve as a specialist and sounding board for the property technicians. The role has a clear business perspective where energy, quality, and profitability go hand in hand.
Key Responsibilities
Drive proactive operations and maintenance of ventilation, heating, and electrical systems with clear focus on operations optimization and energy efficiency
Analyze energy data, identify deviations and trends, and initiate measures in connected systems
Coach and develop property technicians through training, planning, and structured follow-up
Responsible for procurement, management, and monitoring of contractors
Develop proposals for preventive measures, maintenance plans, and investments that reduce energy consumption and costs
Participate in regulatory inspections within your area of responsibility (OVK, energy declarations, etc.)
Contribute to development of routines, processes, and working methods within operations and energy
Your Profile
We're looking for you who combines deep technical competence with a business-minded and solution-oriented approach.
We also see that you have:
Relevant vocational education in operations technology, energy, or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
Several years of experience as an operations technician where you've combined deep technical competence with a business-minded and solution-oriented approach
Very good knowledge of control and regulation technology, heating, ventilation, and heat pumps
Ability to read and interpret operation diagrams, flow charts, and floor plans
Good IT skills and experience with energy monitoring
Strong procurement competence
B-category driver's license
Very good Swedish in speech and writing, and good communication skills in English
Meritorious:
Experience with systems such as Vitec Energi, Curves, and Webport
Work experience from business-driven organizations or the housing sector
