About the Position
We are growing in the West region and are now looking for a resourceful colleague who wants to become part of a unified and dynamic team with various areas of expertise. The role of Operations Technician primarily involves fault reporting, planned maintenance and care of the customer's properties - in this case stations and depots, which means a varying and developing work environment. The work includes planning maintenance activities, as well as handling acute situations that arise. We constantly strive for reduced environmental impact and resource efficiency at our customers. About You

To succeed in this role, you need
Vocational upper secondary school of at least 1.5 years corresponding to 300 VHS credits or equivalent 400 VHS credits with a focus on technology or property operations
Experience in operations and service work within property management
Good technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
Mastery of Swedish, both spoken and written
Class B driver's license
Meritorious
Experience in operations optimization
Qualification for Work in Track Areas
Automation and control technology education
Experience in electrical, ventilation, HVAC, refrigeration or similar fields
Experience in systematic fire safety work and sprinkler systems
