At Pauder & People, we are now seeking several engaged and responsible CNC operators for long-term consulting assignments with our successful customers in the manufacturing industry. As a consultant at Pauder & People, you'll have a secure employment with us, while your daily work is performed on-site at one of our partners. Our assignments are long-term, and for the right person, there are often excellent opportunities to be offered a permanent position directly with the customer in the future.
Your main responsibilities:
Setup, adjustment, and monitoring of CNC machines.
Continuous and precise quality measurements – tolerances are important and we never compromise on quality!
Tool changes, troubleshooting, and simple machine maintenance during downtime.
Daily reporting and documentation of production.

Requirements for the position:
Driver's License: Class B driver's license and access to a car (to easily get to the workplaces).
Education: Complete secondary education.
Language: You must speak and write Swedish fluently (an absolute requirement to understand safety regulations and instructions).
Work Schedule: You have the ability and willingness to work shifts.
Health: Depending on the assignment and work environment, a valid fitness certificate (via medical examination) may be required before employment, which means certain allergies or asthma may be an obstacle in certain industrial environments.
A big plus (Meriting):
You have previous experience with CNC machining, process industry, or other manufacturing industry.
You have a forklift license and/or overhead crane license.
