We have several projects underway in southern Sweden and are looking for an experienced structural engineer who wants to help shape the future of healthcare buildings in the region and grow with our team. We're Looking for You We're looking for someone with the ability to turn ideas into action and who enjoys collaborating with both colleagues and clients. We value experience with similar assignments, but most importantly, your commitment to hospital projects. To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe the following applies to you: You have solid experience and technical expertise in structural engineering for complex assignments, including healthcare environments You have several years of experience as a case officer and want to take the next step in your career, or you have experience from project management and enjoy taking on both business and technical responsibility in assignments as well as developing projects from early stages together with our clients You thrive in an international environment You hold an academic degree in structural engineering or equivalent You have good collaboration skills and want to share your experience and develop together with your colleagues. What You'll Do With Us Within the division, 15 structural engineers work with a focus on healthcare buildings across all regions of Sweden. We work with local clients but also support assignments in other parts of the country. Project and development work takes place in close collaboration with Ramboll's other structural engineers – a network of over a hundred experts who are more than happy to share their knowledge and experience. The team currently operates primarily from Stockholm and Nyköping, but we have ambitions to build up a team in southern Sweden, where we already have several healthcare colleagues in place. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our development and collaborate with some of the sharpest specialists in the industry. Examples of Work Tasks: Handling or project management within structural engineering for hospital assignments Work closely with clients to define goals and create understanding of their needs Coordinate work among all parties in the project to work toward the same objectives Develop relationships with both new and existing clients Collaborate with colleagues in our global hospital group both nationally and internationally as well as colleagues in building construction and other business areas within Ramboll.
